We offer private one-to-one personal training sessions and small group sessions at our private studio in Thornbury. The benefit of one-to-one training is that we can design and tailor a program for your own specific needs. It is also beneficial to have a one-to-one session before you get started in the group fitness classes. This allows you to gain an understanding of correct technique. We are also available to hosting a small group session with a group of friends or workplace team-building fitness.
