Benesse Group offers outdoor group fitness classes and running groups in Melbourne. Our classes cater for everyone’s fitness levels. We offer strength and conditioning classes, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and running groups. Our classes are run outside and inside during winter months.
Not only do we work hard and get fitter and stronger in our Outdoor Group Fitness sessions we connect with others and make new friends. Outdoor Group Fitness really does have many benefits.
