Kids & Teenage Fitness Classes
Our fitness program for kids and teens are fun and varied. We provide a mix of strength, mobility, agility and we teach kids how to run! We coach all abilities. Some kids are more creative and others may come from a sporting background. Hilary, Scott, Bronwyn and Evie are the coaches and all have a huge amount of experience.
Hilary and Evie are both amazing athletes. The kids love Hilary and Evie as they are both kind and laid-back style but also highly technical.
Scott is a prominent Little Athletics Coach and current President for Collingwood Harriers. Bronwyn coordinates the programs and integrates wellbeing techniques and leadership skills. Our teenagers and kids fitness programs really do work. The teenagers and kids leave the sessions motivated and happy.
Why would I encourage my child to participate:

Kids and Teens sessions are all held at George Knott Reserve, Heidelberg Road, Clifton Hill. If you would like a private session for your teenager we offer these sessions in our boutique studio in Thornbury. Please Contact Us to arrange a time to chat.
